Harrington-Fisher Beat Furyk-Johnson to Give Europe 7-6 Lead in Ryder Cup

Padraig Harrington and Ross Fisher beat Jim Furyk and Dustin Johnson to give Europe a 7-6 lead over the U.S. at golf’s Ryder Cup.

Harrington and Fisher won by 2 holes with 1 hole left, or 2 and 1, in Newport, Wales. The European team has won the first three matches today to take the lead, with three matches in progress.
