Japan to Ease Rules on U.S. Charter Flights at Haneda Airport, Nikkei Says

Japan’s Transport Ministry plans to loosen rules on sales of tickets for U.S. charter flights at Haneda Airport and cargo charters across Japan, to spur tourism and woo low-cost airlines, Nikkei English News said, without citing anyone.
