Horse of Year Rachel Alexandra to Be Retired From Racing, Bred to Curlin

Rachel Alexandra, the filly who won the 2009 Preakness Stakes and went on to capture Horse of the Year honors, will be retired from racing and bred to another former champion, Curlin, majority owner Jess Jackson said.
