Kyokuyo to Acquire Food Processor Shin Tokyo International, Nikkei Reports

Kyokuyo Co., a Japanese seafood company, will purchase food processor Shin Tokyo International Inc. for about 600 million yen, Nikkei English News said, without citing anyone.
