Goldman’s London Office Building Taken by Lenders, Times Says

Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s London headquarters has been taken over by a group of lenders led by the real-estate financing division of Landesbank Berlin AG, the Sunday Times reported without saying how it got the information.

The German group appointed Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. as receivers for Peterborough Court and Daniel House in Fleet Street after Goldman’s landlord Antedon, which paid 355 million pounds ($562 million) for the buildings in 2007, defaulted on a loan, the newspaper said.
