Explosion Damages Commuter Train in Southern Russia, RIA Novosti Reports

A bomb damaged a commuter train in southern Russia, RIA Novosti reported, citing local officials.

A homemade bomb containing about 200 grams of TNT exploded on the tracks as the train passed, the Moscow-based newspaper said. The train wasn’t carrying passengers and wasn’t derailed, RIA said.
