Club Med, Emailvision, JCDecaux, Prologue, Vallourec: French Stock Preview

The following is a list of companies whose stocks may have unusual price changes in Paris. Symbols are in parentheses after company names and prices are from the last close.

France’s CAC 40 Index fell 0.5 percent to 3,755.64 in Paris. The SBF 120 Index also shed 0.5 percent.

Club Mediterranee SA (CU FP): The resort operator said it sold a ski village in Sestriere, Italy to Aurum Hotels, a tour operator, to focus on more up-market holiday villages. The shares shed 1.7 percent to 13.68 euros.

Emailvision SA (ALEMV FP): The software publisher said its net loss widened to 1.3 million euros in the first half from 400,000 euros a year earlier. The shares climbed 4.7 percent to 2.92 euros.

JCDecaux SA (DEC FP): The world’s second-largest seller of outdoor ads said it won a street furniture contract in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The shares rose 1.9 percent to 20.18 euros.

Prologue (PROL FP): The maker of inventory control software had net income of 1 million euros in the first half, compared with a loss of 700,000 euros a year earlier. The shares gained 5.4 percent to 39 cents.

Vallourec SA (VK FP): The producer of steel pipes said it will acquire a 19.5 percent stake in Tianda Oil Pip for $100 million. The purchase will be completed early next year it said. The shares rose 0.4 percent to 71.23 euros.
