China Grain Prices Unlikely to See Big Increases, People's Daily Reports

China grain prices are unlikely to see big gains as the country has abundant supply and global grain price surges have a limited impact on the domestic market, the People’s Daily reported, citing an unidentified official from the Ministry of Agriculture.

A moderate increase in agricultural products’ prices will help protect enthusiasm for production and increase supply instead of leading to inflation, the newspaper reported, citing the official.
