Tropicana Las Vegas Seeks Dismissal of Icahn Trademark Suit Over Name

The operator of the Tropicana Las Vegas hotel and casino asked a Delaware bankruptcy court to dismiss a trademark suit filed by companies controlled by financier Carl Icahn over the Tropicana name, according to a filing yesterday.
