New Zealand Terms of Trade Index Rose 2.1% in Second Quarter from Previous
New Zealand’s terms of trade index, which measures the amount of imports the nation can buy from a fixed quantity of exports, rose 2.1 percent in the second quarter from the previous three months.
Import prices increased 1.7 percent in the three months ended June 30, Statistics New Zealand said in Wellington today. Export prices increased 3.8 percent.
