Brazil Steelmaker CSN Hires Banks to Arrange Meetings With Bond Investors

Cia Siderurgica Nacional SA, Brazil’s third-largest steelmaker, hired Bank of America Corp., Credit Suisse Group AG, Deutsche Bank AG and Morgan Stanley to arrange meetings with bond investors starting Sept. 13, according to a person familiar with the transaction who declined to be identified because terms aren’t set.
