New Zealand's Manufacturing Sales Volume Declines 1.8% in Second Quarter

New Zealand manufacturing sales declined 1.8 percent in the second quarter, excluding inflation, Statistics New Zealand said in a statement in Wellington today.

Sales excluding the volatile meat and dairy industries fell 3.6 percent from the previous three months, the agency said.

The value of manufacturing sales rose 3.1 percent.
