Peter Firestein, a consultant at Global Strategic Inc. and author of the book "Crisis of Character: Building Corporate Reputation in the Age of Skepticism," talks about former Hewlett-Packard Co. CEO Mark Hurd's move to Oracle Corp. and HP's resulting lawsuit.
