Eygpt's Housing & Development Bank Acquires 51% of Securities Company

Housing & Development Bank, an Egyptian lender, has acquired 51 percent of Egyptian Emirati Brokerage.

The brokerage is valued at 9.5 million Egyptian pounds, the Cairo-based bank said in a regulatory filing today.
