Russian-German Farming Company EkoNiva Plans Frankfurt IPO, Vedomosti Says
EcoNiva, a Russian-German farming company, plans to sell shares via the Frankfurt stock exchange in February, Vedomosti reported, citing the company.
EkoNiva aims to raise about 50 million euros ($64 million) selling about a third of the company in an initial offering, the Moscow-based newspaper said today. EkoNiva grows food in Russia and sells seeds and agricultural machinery including John Deere tractors.
