Egypt Planning a $10.5 Billion Upgrade of Irrigation Networks, Al Mal Says

Egypt plans to upgrade irrigation networks covering 5 million feddans (5.19 million acres) of agricultural land with an initial cost of 60 billion Egyptian pounds ($10.5 billion), Al Mal reported, citing Agriculture Minister Amin Abaza.
