Corn Futures in Chicago Decline 0.2% After Gaining on U.S. Yield Concerns
Corn futures in Chicago declined after rising yesterday to the highest price since June last year because of speculation that hot weather had cut U.S. yield potential.
Corn for December delivery dropped 0.2 percent to $4.6525 a bushel at 9:03 a.m. Melbourne time. Soybeans fell 0.1 percent to $10.51 a bushel and wheat for December delivery declined 0.2 percent to $7.34 a bushel.
