Bank of America Said to Plan Hiring of Nomura's Mee to Head Global Mergers
Bank of America Corp. plans to hire Adrian Mee from Nomura Holdings Inc. as head of international mergers and acquisitions, said a person with knowledge of the matter.
Mee, who formerly ran European M&A at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., most recently held that same title at Nomura in London. Patrick Meyer, a spokesman for Nomura, declined to comment.
Carlo Calabria has run international mergers and acquisitions and financial sponsors at Charlotte, North Carolina- based Bank of America. Calabria wasn’t immediately available for comment. Officials from Bank of America declined to comment.
