Vestas's V112 Wind Farm Turbine Is Better Than GE's 2.5xl, Jyske Bank Says

Vestas Wind System A/S’s new V112 turbine is superior to General Electric Co.’s comparable unit, the 2.5xl, and will help the Danish producer win market share in the U.S., Jyske Bank A/S said today in a note.

“The V112 left a strong impression and confirmed our positive view on the product,” said Christian Nagstrup, analyst with Jyske, commenting on presentations at Vestas’ capital markets day in Colorado. Silkeborg, Denmark-based Jyske has a “buy” recommendation on Vestas Shares.
