Mills `Committed' to Ship 320,000 Tons of White Sugar, Sucden India Says

Sugar mills in India, the biggest consumer, have “committed” to export 320,000 metric tons of the refined variety, according to Sucden.

The country may ship as much as 2 million tons in the year starting Oct. 1, Yatin Wadhwana, managing director of Sucden India Pvt., told reporters in New Delhi.
