PPC Says Outlook for Cement Volumes in 2010 Remains `Negative, Uncertain'

Pretoria Portland Cement Co. Ltd. said the outlook for volumes in 2010 remains “negative and uncertain,” according to an e-mailed copy of a presentation to investors today.
