Power Finance of India Said to Seek Arrangers for Sale of Two-Year Bonds

Power Finance Corp., the state-owned Indian lender to power projects, approached banks for bids to help it sell two-year bonds, according to two people familiar with the plans.

The New Delhi-based company asked for responses from today, said the people, asking not to be named as the information is private.
