Wheat buyers in Germany are purchasing U.S. spring wheat with protein content of 13.5 percent as a result of the “poor quality” of the local harvest, French farm adviser Agritel said.
Germany is buying U.S. wheat for the first time in three years, the Paris-based adviser said on its website today, without saying where it got the information.
