BLT Restaurant Sues Chef Laurent Tourondel Over Hamptons LT Burger Eatery

BLT Restaurant Group LLC sued its former executive chef Laurent Tourondel today in Manhattan federal court over claims he infringed the trademark of BLT Steak and BLT Burger with his new Sag Harbor, New York, venue, LT Burger.
