Agrium's Wilson Says Would Look at Potash Corp. Assets That BHP May Sell

Agrium Inc. Chief Executive Officer Mike Wilson said the company would look at any Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. fertilizer assets that come onto the market as a result of a bid from BHP Billiton Ltd. Agrium, which has bid for Australian wheat exporter AWB Ltd., has received approaches from companies interested in the Melbourne-based company’s grain trading business, Wilson also said in an interview today.
