Vodafone May Sell China Mobile Stake for More Than $6 Billion, Times Says

Vodafone Group Plc is preparing to sell its stake in China Mobile Ltd. to raise more than 4 billion pounds ($6.2 billion), the Sunday Times reported, citing investors it didn’t name.

The plan has been approved by Chief Executive Officer Vittorio Colao, according to the newspaper. Vodafone may look for a strategic partner or sell shares on the Hong Kong stock exchange, the newspaper said.
