European Stocks Erase Earlier Losses; Benchmark Stoxx 600 Advances 0.1%

European stocks erased their decline as telecommunication and media shares advanced. The Stoxx Europe 600 Index rose 0.1 percent to 249.95 at 3:27 p.m. in London, having earlier lost as much as 0.9 percent.
