Romania may sell at least 1 billion euros in medium-term notes by November or December, Finance Minister Sebastian Vladescu told Bloomberg News in an interview today in Bucharest.

The issue of the notes will be determined by market conditions and may have a maturity of as much as 7 years, he said.
