Tencent to Acquire Comsenz for At Least $60 Million, Business News Says

Tencent Holdings Ltd. agreed to acquire Comsenz Inc., a software platform provider, the China Business News reported today, citing Tencent.

Tencent may pay more than $60 million for Comsenz, the Shanghai-based newspaper reported, citing an unidentifed person familar with the situation.
