China Longyuan Power Group Setting Up Wind Projects in South Africa, U.S.

China Longyuan Power Group Corp. is setting up wind projects in South Africa and the U.S., President Xie changjun said.

The wind-power producer is also looking for opportunities in Australia, Europe and South Asia, Xie said at a media briefing in Hong Kong today.

The company is bidding for four wind projects offshore China and is seeking to win at least two of them, he said.
