Allianz Real Estate Buys Southern German Retail Properties From Aldi Sued

Allianz SE’s Allianz Real Estate Germany unit has purchased about 80 retail properties of the supermarket chain Aldi Sued in Germany from Aldi Grundstuecksgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG.

The chain has long-term leases on the stores, which average about 900 square meters of sales space, Allianz said in an e- mailed statement, which said the price for the sale remains confidential.
