Brandon Morrow of the Toronto Blue Jays lost a no-hitter with two outs in the ninth inning during today’s 1-0 win over the Tampa Bay Rays.
Morrow, who had 17 strikeouts, was seeking to become the sixth Major League Baseball pitcher to throw a no-hitter this season. Evan Longoria singled with two outs in the ninth for the Rays’ lone hit.
