China Investment Corp. Is Funding Kenny Huang's Liverpool Bid, Times Says

China Investment Corp. is financing the bid for Liverpool Football Club which is being fronted by Kenny Huang, the London-based Times reported, citing unnamed people.

CIC would own the majority of Liverpool if the planned bid succeeds, the newspaper said. CIC and Huang were not available for comment, the Times said.
