Li Ka-shing Said to Buy EDF's U.K. Power Unit for $9.1 Billion

Billionaire Li Ka-shing’s Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Ltd. and Hongkong Electric Holdings Ltd. are bidding 5.8 billion pounds for Electricite de France SA’s U.K. power networks unit, according to a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange today.
