Custodian and Allied Insurance of Nigeria First-Half Profit Advances 42%

Custodian and Allied Insurance Plc said first-half profit rose to 1.21 billion naira from 851.6 million naira a year earlier, according to a statement e-mailed by the Lagos-based Nigerian Stock Exchange today.

Sales surged to 4.4 billion naira from 2.9 billion naira a year earlier, it said.
