Air China Will Pay Up to $814 Million for 10 Airbus 320-Series Aircraft
Air China Ltd. said one of its airlines will buy 10 Airbus 320-series planes.
Shenzhen Airlines Ltd. signed a purchasing agreement with Airbus SAS today, Air China said in a statement to the Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchanges. The company said the cost will be less than what it described as a “basic price” of $814 million for 10 planes.
The planes will be delivered in 2012 and 2013, according to the statement.
