Dean Foods Sells Rachel's Organic Brand in U.K. to Unit of Groupe Lactalis

Dean Foods Co., the largest U.S. dairy processor, is selling its Rachel’s organic brand business in the U.K. to Groupe Lactalis unit B.S.A. International SA, Dean said today in an e-mailed statement.

Rachel’s is the second-largest organic dairy brand in the U.K., Dean said in the statement. Terms of the agreement weren’t disclosed.
