China Everbright Bank Plans to List Shares on Shanghai Exchange August 18

China Everbright Bank Co. shares are scheduled to start trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange after an initial public offering, according to a prospectus from the Chinese lender posted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

China Everbright will price the shares in the offering on Aug. 11, the prospectus said. The funds from the offering will be used to bolster capital, the bank said.
