Argentina's Central Bank Backs Transfers of 3 Billion Pesos to Government

Argentina’s central bank board approved a transfer of 3 billion pesos ($762 million) in profits to the central government today, bank spokesman Fernando Meanos said in a telephone interview.

The move is the second this year, following a 1.5 billion transfer in February.
