Fujitsu to Own 80% of Mobile Phone Venture With Toshiba, Nikkei Reports

Fujitsu Ltd., which agreed to form a mobile-phone venture with Toshiba Corp., will own 80 percent of the new company, the Nikkei newspaper reported, without saying where it obtained the information.

The venture will have 300 workers. The companies will announce the plan today, the newspaper said.
