Australia's Coalition Plans for 2012-13 Budgetary Surplus, Hockey Says

Australia’s opposition Liberal- National coalition aims to deliver a budget surplus “at least” as soon as the incumbent Labor government has promised in 2012-13 and can’t pledge cuts in personal income tax rates, Opposition Treasury spokesman Joe Hockey told Australian Broadcasting Corp. radio today.
