Dubai Airports Passenger Traffic Increases 9.6% to 3.68 Million in June

Dubai Airports, home to the biggest Arab airline Emirates, said passenger traffic grew 9.6 percent in June from a year ago to 3.68 million.

Cargo handled by the airport jumped 21 percent in June to 184,576 tons, the state-run facility said in an e-mailed statement today. Dubai Airports handled 22.5 million passengers in the first half of this year compared with 19.4 million a year earlier, it said.
