Steel Export Demand Stalling, Japan Steel Federation Chief Hayashida Says

Demand for steel exports from Japan has stalled, an industry group chief said today.

Japan Iron and Steel Federation Chairman Eiji Hayashida is “not optimistic” about steel demand in Asia, he said today at a press briefing in Tokyo.
