England's Joe Cole Signs for Liverpool on Four-Year Contract, Club Says

July 19 (Bloomberg) - Premier League soccer team Liverpool signed England forward Joe Cole on a four-year deal, the club said on its website. He was out of contract at his previous team, Chelsea.
