Ex-Goldman Programmer Aleynikov Seeks Dismissal of Software Theft Charge

Former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. computer programmer Sergey Aleynikov asked a judge to dismiss charges he stole trading software from the bank, arguing the acts described by U.S. prosecutors don’t constitute federal crimes.
