Shanghai's Fang Says China Should Start Property Tax, Securities Reports

A Chinese property tax would be well-timed, the China Securities Journal cited Fang Xinghai, director general of Shanghai’s financial services offices, as saying.

Hong Kong’s introduction of yuan-denominated products will not affect Shanghai as a financial center, the report said.
