China's Grain Output May Decline 1% to 2% on Flooding, China Daily Reports

China’s grain production this year may decline by 1 percent to 2 percent on excessive flooding in southern areas, the China Daily reported today, citing Lu Bu, a researcher from the Institute of Agriculture Resources and Regional Planning at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
