Brandeis University Names Frederick M. Lawrence President, Starting Jan. 1

Brandeis University said Frederick M. Lawrence, dean at George Washington University Law School, will become the Brandeis president starting January 1, succeeding Jehuda Reinharz. The university commented in an e-mailed statement.
