Puravankara Gains in Mumbai After JPMorgan Raises Rating to `Overweight'

Puravankara Projects Ltd. rose as much as 3.2 percent in Mumbai and traded at 110.65 rupees as of 9:06 a.m. local time. The Indian real estate developer was raised to “overweight” from “neutral” by Saurabh Kumar, an analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., with a 12-month price estimate of 155 rupees per share.
