Guangzhou Baiyun Airport's Profitability to Be Similar to 2009, Times Says

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Co.’s profitability this year won’t be less than last year, the Securities Times reported late yesterday on its website, citing President Zhang Kejian.

The airport plans to add more flights to compete with the introduction of high-speed rail services, the Shenzhen-based newspaper cited Zhang as saying at a shareholders meeting. Passenger numbers have remained stable after the start of high- speed rail services, the newspaper cited Zhang as saying.
